Booking & Cancellation Policy

At DrVKent Aesthetics, we value your time and our commitment to providing a high standard of care. To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, please review our booking and cancellation terms below.

1. Booking Deposit

  • A €75 booking deposit is required to secure all new patient appointments.

  • The deposit is payable at the time of booking via our Store page on www.drvkent.com.

  • Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be guaranteed, though we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: deposit is refunded, less a €5 administrative feeto cover processing costs.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Patients who miss an appointment should contact the clinic directly to discuss rebooking options.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in line with the policies above.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • A €5 administrative fee applies to all deposit refunds to cover third-party processing costs.

  • Patients are responsible for ensuring bookings are completed correctly; accidental or duplicate bookings are not exempt from this policy.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased through our Store page.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

  • Vouchers can be redeemed against any treatment at DrVKent Aesthetics.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is used solely to manage bookings, provide treatments, and improve our services.

  • All data is handled in line with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Updates to Policy

DrVKent Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on www.drvkent.com at the time of booking will apply.
